在医院的资产管理事务中,经常发生的一种业务类型,那就是资产的搬迁。这种业务往往涉及到科室、甚至医院的整体搬迁,看似简单业务却有大学问。搬迁是一个复杂系统工程,既要保证病人及重要物资、仪器的安全,又要高效率、高质量地完成任务,做到忙而不乱,确保医疗质量和医疗安全。处理不好,会造成医疗事故,资产账实不清、甚至造成国有资产流失。本文主要论述搬迁中资产管理问题,以下将结合厦门大学附属中山医院资产管理的实践阐述资产搬迁的三步管理法。
One of the types of business that often happens in the hospital’s asset management business is the relocation of assets. This business often involves the department, or even the hospital as a whole relocation, there seems to be a simple business university asked. Relocation is a complicated systematic project, which not only ensures the safety of patients and important materials and instruments, but also completes the task efficiently and with high quality. It ensures the quality of the medical treatment and the safety of medical treatment. Poor handling will result in medical accidents, unclear assets and even loss of state assets. This article mainly discusses the relocation of asset management issues, the following will be combined with the Xiamen University Affiliated Zhongshan Hospital asset management practices described in the three-step asset relocation management.
