目的 :观察CD4 4,CD54 在成年猫脊髓的分布 .方法 :将成年猫处死后取其脊髓 (T11)制作 2 0 μm厚冰冻切片 ,用CD4 4,CD54 兔抗体 (效价 :1∶2 5 0 )行ABC免疫组织化学染色 .观察CD4 4,CD54 在正常脊髓中的分布以及亚细胞定位 .结果 :脊髓灰质内见CD4 4神经元阳性 ,阳性细胞遍布灰质各板层 ,阳性反应物主要见于细胞核 .腹角阳性神经元明显 ,大小不等 .背核神经元亦有阳性反应 .灰、白质内未见阳性反应的胶质细胞 .与CD4 4者比较 ,背核、腹角神经元仅见CD54 的弱阳性反应 ,未见胶质细胞阳性反应 ,但后角Ⅰ ,Ⅱ板层见大量CD54 阳性神经膨体 .结论 :成年猫脊髓有CD4 4,CD54 分布 ,提示这些神经细胞黏附分子与成体脊髓神经元的信号传递功能有关
OBJECTIVE: To observe the distribution of CD4 4 and CD54 in spinal cord of adult cat.Methods: After the adult cats were sacrificed, the spinal cord (T11) was used to make 20 μm thick frozen section, and the CD4 4 and CD54 rabbit antibodies (titer: 1:25 0) were used to observe the distribution and subcellular localization of CD4 4 and CD54 in the normal spinal cord.Results: The CD4 4 neurons were found in the gray matter of the spinal cord, and the positive cells were found in the gray matter of all layers of the gray matter, The nuclei of the ventral horn positive neurons were obviously different in size and also positive for dorsal nucleus.No positive reaction of glial cells was seen in the gray matter and white matter.Compared with CD4 + , But there were no positive glial cells, but a large number of CD54 positive neurons were seen in lamina Ⅰ and Ⅱ of posterior horn.Conclusion: The distribution of CD4 4 and CD54 in spinal cord of adult cats suggests that these neural cell adhesion molecules and adult spinal cord Neuronal signaling function
