随着中国现代化建设进程的加快及社会发展的需求,传统的教育观念受到终身教育思想的猛烈冲击,因此成人教育对人类的进步、社会的发展有特殊的意义和作用。本文论述了在21世纪医学高等学校成人教育既要主动适应我国医药卫生事业和医学科学技术发展的需要,又要遵循医学高等成人教育发展的自身规律,为人类的卫生事业做出更大的贡献。
With the acceleration of the process of China’s modernization and the demand of social development, traditional education concepts have been strongly challenged by the idea of lifelong education. Therefore, adult education has a special significance and effect on human progress and social development. This article discusses that adult education in medical colleges and universities should not only take the initiative to adapt to the needs of medical and health undertakings and development of medical science and technology in our country in the 21st century, but also follow the self-regulation of medical higher adult education and make greater contributions to human health .
