1988～1994年,我们应用开搏通联合安体舒通治疗难治性心衰病人40例,疗效显著,现报道如下。1 临床资料 本组均为经休息、吸氧、限盐、应用洋地黄、利尿剂及扩张血管药物等治疗无效或效果不明显者。男25例,女15例;年龄22～84岁,平均58岁。其中冠心病18例,扩张型心肌病11例,风心病7例,高心病3例,围产期心肌病1例。心衰病程1～17年,平均3.5±1.3年。心功能(NYHA分级)Ⅲ级13例,Ⅳ级27例。
From 1988 to 1994, 40 cases of refractory heart failure were treated with Caifentong and spironolactone, and the curative effect was significant. The report is as follows. 1 Clinical data This group are by rest, oxygen, salt, application of digitalis, diuretics and dilation of blood drug treatment ineffective or not obvious effect. 25 males and 15 females; aged 22 to 84 years, mean 58 years. Among them, there were 18 cases of coronary heart disease, 11 cases of dilated cardiomyopathy, 7 cases of rheumatic heart disease, 3 cases of hyperglycemia and 1 case of perinatal cardiomyopathy. Heart failure course of 1 to 17 years, an average of 3.5 ± 1.3 years. Cardiac function (NYHA classification) Ⅲ grade 13 cases, Ⅳ grade 27 cases.
