2015年5月北京一家大型企业发生聚集性腹泻疫情,流行病学调查后收集现场样本,经过实验室检测确认该次疫情为鼠伤寒沙门菌暴发流行。分离到的18株鼠伤寒沙门菌脉冲场凝胶电泳(PFGE)图谱带型一致,在北京市沙门菌PFGE数据库中未发现相同带型。药物敏感试验结果显示有一株菌株对12种抗生素耐药。这种耐药模式的出现提示需加强耐药监测。
In May 2015, an epidemic of aggregated diarrhea occurred in a large-scale enterprise in Beijing. Field samples were collected after epidemiological investigation. After laboratory tests, the epidemic was confirmed as an outbreak of Salmonella typhimurium. The 18 isolates of Salmonella typhimurium pulsed-field gel electrophoresis (PFGE) bands were consistent with each other. No identical bands were found in the PFGE database of Salmonella in Beijing. Drug susceptibility testing showed that one strain was resistant to 12 antibiotics. The emergence of this resistance pattern suggests the need for enhanced resistance surveillance.
