以雕塑用铜铝合金为对象,研究不同退火温度对其微观组织和力学性能的影响。结果表明,随着退火温度的提高,铜铝合金的抗拉强度不断降低,伸长率逐渐增大。退火温度为300℃时,铜铝合金的综合力学性能最优。
The effects of different annealing temperatures on the microstructure and mechanical properties of the copper-aluminum alloy for sculpture were studied. The results show that with the increase of annealing temperature, the tensile strength of Cu-Al alloy decreases and the elongation increases. When the annealing temperature is 300 ℃, the mechanical properties of Cu-Al alloy are the best.
