偏二氯乙烯是目前世界上生产优良食品包装材料——聚偏氯乙烯薄膜的基本单体,又是一种较好的吃氯产品。偏二氯乙烯的合成,一般是以氯和氯乙烯先合成1,1,2——三氯乙烷,再脱氯化氢而合成的。本文用系数矩阵求秩法确定独立反应数目,用最新的热化学数据,按松弛法在DJS—130型电子计算机上研究了偏二氯乙烯合成反应热力学,为筛选和确定工艺条件提供了理论根据。
Vinylidene chloride is currently the world’s production of good food packaging materials - polyvinylidene chloride film of the basic monomer, but also a better eating chlorine products. The synthesis of vinylidene chloride, chlorine and vinyl chloride is generally the first synthesis of 1,1,2 - trichloroethane, and then dehydrochlorination and synthesis. In this paper, the coefficient matrix is used to determine the number of independent reactions, and the latest thermochemical data are used to study the thermodynamics of vinylidene chloride synthesis by relaxation method on DJS-130 electronic computer, which provides a theoretical basis for the screening and determination of process conditions .
