治法全部病例均用通窍活血汤加减。基本方:丹参20～25克,石决明25～50克,赤芍、桃红各15～20克,川芎、红花、菊花、牛膝各10～15克,麝香(冲)0.25克(或白芷10～15克代替麝香),葱三根,姜三片,大枣三枚。如晕厥期加服至宝丹。中期头痛眩晕加天麻、石菖蒲;胸闷呕恶加法半夏、竹茹;烦躁发热、惊厥抽搐加服紫雪丹,并加丹皮、黄芩、黄连、山栀子。恢复期见头目眩晕、神志呆滞加石菖蒲、远志、红参、酸枣仁、茯神;纳呆加香砂六君子汤;心悸耳鸣、智力迟钝加杞菊地黄汤,肢体麻痹加黄芪、地龙、当归尾。水煎;日一剂,分二次服;若病情较重者,亦可日服二剂。
