This paper analyzes the current situation of human resource management in public libraries in detail and clarifies the necessity of human resource management innovation service in public libraries for the existing problems and puts forward new countermeasures of human resource management and innovation services in public libraries. So that it can better adapt to the ever-changing trend of the times, and ultimately realize the healthy development of the public library.
