1990年8月,本刊编辑部在京召开了“中国中长期发展战略研讨会”。参加讨论会的有国务院发展研究中心、国务院研究室、国家计委、国家体改委、物资部、农业部、国家物价局、中国社会科学院等单位的有关专家学者,大家以对我国基本国情的判断为基点,围绕我国中长期改革规划、中长期经济发展战略进行了探讨。现摘要刊登部分有代表性的观点,以期引起更广泛的讨论。
In August 1990, the editorial department of our magazine held “China’s Medium and Long-term Development Strategy Seminar” in Beijing. Participants at the seminar include relevant experts and scholars from the State Council Development Research Center, the State Council Research Office, the State Development Planning Commission, the State Commission of Reform and Reform, the Materials Department, the Ministry of Agriculture, the State Price Bureau and the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences. All of them take the basic national conditions of our country Judging as the starting point, the paper discusses the mid-term and long-term reform plan of our country and the medium and long-term economic development strategy. A summary of some of the current views is published in the hope of arousing broader discussion.
