习惯了低成本扩张的中国企业,在大变革时代,必须实现价值创造这一转型今年《财富》杂志发布的“世界500强”名单里,中国企业已经创纪录地达到了100家。这当然是一个好消息。不过对这100家企业稍微做一点分析,结果就不是那么乐观了。从构成来看,上榜中国企业主体依然是能源、矿产、金融等垄断行业。从盈利水平来看,3家利润排行进入前10的中国企业,都是国有银行;100家企业中,银行有11家;这11家银行的利润,占到100家企业利润的一半。总体而言,中国上榜企业的盈利水平要低于500强平均盈利水平。可以想像,其余的中国上榜企业盈利水平有多高。
