①目的探讨大肠癌对化疗药物反应性,筛选针对个体敏感的化疗药物。②方法采用噻唑蓝(MTT)比色法测定了49例新鲜大肠癌组织对7种常用化疗药物的敏感性。③结果7种化疗药物对大肠癌抑制率差异有极显著性(F=36.1,P<0.001),顺铂(DDP),5-氟尿嘧啶(5-FU)抑制率最高。不同个体对化疗药物敏感性差异较大,对DDP,平阳霉素(PYM)和5-FU敏感者居多。④结论MTT比色法可以作为化疗药物敏感试验的检测方法,为大肠癌的临床化疗提供依据。
Objective To explore the response of colorectal cancer to chemotherapeutic drugs and screen for sensitive individual chemotherapy drugs. 2 Methods The sensitivity of 49 cases of fresh colorectal cancer tissue to 7 commonly used chemotherapeutic drugs was determined by MTT colorimetric method. 3 Results Seven kinds of chemotherapeutic drugs showed significant difference in the inhibition rate of colorectal cancer (F = 36.1, P <0.001). The inhibition rate of cisplatin (DDP) and 5-fluorouracil (5-FU) was the highest. The sensitivity of different individuals to chemotherapeutic drugs varied greatly, and the majority of patients were sensitive to DDP, PYM, and 5-FU. 4 Conclusion MTT colorimetric assay can be used as a detection method for chemotherapeutic drug sensitivity test, and provide basis for clinical chemotherapy for colorectal cancer.
