簡易焦爐的建設和生产是否正常,决定于砌爐质量,而砌爐质量能否保证,其先决条件上: (1) 基础要稳固和平整; (2) 砖的尺寸公差达到最小限度; (3) 砌砖时纵横中心线符合設計尺寸; (4) 泥浆粘结性强,近于所砌砖的性质; (5) 保证砌砖过程中整齐清洁; (6) 有严密的工业組織,专人負責构縫和質量检查。如果能保证上列要求,砌爐質量可以达到良好程度。現将一层至頂层各层砌砖时所需注意要点归納于下: (一) 第1层至第4层称做“烟道区”,它构成空气道,废气道,具体要求如下:
