以武育粳 3号为供试材料 ,研究了施氮量和密度对稻米主要品质性状的影响 ,结果表明 :(1)氮肥施用量能提高稻米出糙率 ,而栽插密度则对出糙率无显著影响 ,二者互作效应不显著。对精米率 ,随着施氮量的增加而显著上升 ,随着密度的加大显著下降 ,且两者对精米率的互作影响达极显著水平。整精米率也随施氮量增加而显著上升 ,随着密度的加大是先上升后下降 ,两者互作效应不显著。 (2 )垩白粒率、垩白大小、垩白度均随着施氮量的上升而下降。 (3)直链淀粉含量随着施氮量增加而显著下降 ,栽插密度对直链淀粉含量影响不显著。胶稠度随着施氮量增加而呈变软趋势 ,随着栽插密度的加大而先变软后变硬 ,差异显著。 (4 )粗蛋白随着施氮量的加大而显著的上升 ,栽插密度和施肥量对粗蛋白影响存在极显著的互作
Taking Wuyujing 3 as test material, the effects of nitrogen application rate and density on the main quality traits of rice were studied. The results showed that: (1) The nitrogen application rate could increase the browning rate of rice, No significant effect, the interaction between the two is not significant. The milled rice rate increased significantly with the increase of nitrogen application rate, decreased significantly with the increasing of the density, and the interaction between milled rice percentage and milled rice rate reached a significant level. The rate of head milled rice also increased significantly with the increase of nitrogen application rate. (2) Chalky grain rate, chalky grain size and chalkiness decreased with the increase of nitrogen application rate. (3) The amylose content decreased significantly with the increase of nitrogen application rate, and the effect of planting density on amylose content was not significant. The gel consistency became soft with the increase of nitrogen application rate, and then became soft and hardened with the increase of planting density. The difference was significant. (4) The crude protein increased significantly with the increase of nitrogen application rate.
