关于路丁(Rutinum)注射液的制造問題,你报1956年5期234頁上已有許心瑜同志的譯文介紹,今把我們过去在制造这种产品的經过介紹如下,以供同志們参考。 1.原料問題——原料不純,制成的安瓿即易起沉淀,同时配制注射液在过濾时亦困难,所以首先要把原料制純。1955年以前,我們只能做正反应和灰分,对杂質無法化驗檢查,因此有时用的原料不够純,配制的注射液放置久后易起沉淀。在此情况下,我們把用酒精提制的原料,再用30倍的酒精加热溶解,加优質活性炭(路丁的百分之五),迴流10分鐘过濾。
