血液胆碱酯酶活力为有机磷农业杀虫剂毒理研究及中毒防治工作中之重要指标。Michel首先提出,并阐明在电位测定血浆及红血细胞的测定系统中一定范围内缓冲液 pH 值的下降与胆碱酯酶活力高低程度成比例关系,故采用单位时间内溶液 pH 值的下降,一般用ΔpH/时,来表示酶的活力。此法除电位计外,不需特殊仪器,每次可测较多样品,操作简便而且相当准确,所以应用广泛。
