运用聚丙烯酰胺双相电泳技术分析了原产亚洲、非洲、南美洲、大洋洲分属7个染色体组型的19个野生稻种和未定名野生稻材料及2个我国栽培稻品种共54份材料。试样为种子蛋白质粗提取液,在蛋白质电泳的IF相中经考马斯亮蓝染色,共显示约180条迁移率不同的蛋白质区带,对39条染色最深的区带分析比较种间的异同。对10份有代表性的材料在IF、SDS双相电泳后,经氨银法染色,显示近千个斑点的蛋白质点阵,用平面分区的方法进
The polyacrylamide two-phase electrophoresis technique was used to analyze the genetic diversity of 19 wild and unidentified wild rice species from two genotypes of 7 genotypes in Asia, Africa, South America and Oceania and 54 cultivars from China . The sample was a crude extract of seed protein. Coated with Coomassie Brilliant Blue in the IF phase of electrophoresis, a total of about 180 protein bands with different mobility were displayed. The similarities and differences among the 39 dyed bands were analyzed. After 10 representative materials were electrophoresed in IF and SDS, they were stained by ammonia silver method and showed nearly one thousand spots of protein lattice.
