图书馆作为一个地区基础文化设施的一种,在信息传递方式不断进步的今天,传统的图书馆管理和营销模式已经明显不适应时代的发展。如何在管理上改变图书馆传统工作方式的弊端,形成一种适应社会变化满足时代需求的新型图书馆,已经是图书馆界不得不面对的问题。对于现代管理理念的引进,对于图书馆的管理工作应该是有所帮助的,根据现代管理理念提倡的种种要素,现代图书馆今后的发展方向和方式方法成为了今天我们讨论的课题。
As a kind of basic cultural facilities in a region, as the way of information transmission continues to improve, the traditional library management and marketing model has obviously not adapted to the development of the times. How to change the malpractice of the traditional working methods of the library in the management and form a new type of library adapted to the social changes to meet the needs of the times has become a problem the library community has to face. The introduction of modern management philosophy should be helpful for the management of libraries. According to the various elements advocated by modern management philosophy, the future development direction and ways of modern libraries have become topics for discussion today.
