目的了解眉山市疾控机构饮用水水质检测和水性疾病监测能力,及时发现和处置疾控机构在饮用水检测和监测能力不足,为上级行政部门科学决策提供依据。方法按《全省饮用水水质基线调查工作方案》要求进行调查。结果全市7个疾控机构均通过计量认证。水质检验人员以初级最多(56.09%)。实际检测项目为26~69项。实验室仪器、设备以国产为主(71.55%)。全市疾控机构水性疾病监测能力人员以初级最多(58.82%)。水性疾病监测诊断仪器37种,共187台,2000-2009年购置的占68.45%。在调查的9项检测技术中有2项7个机构均不能开展。结论应加大实验室仪器设备投入,增加人员编制,改善人员结构,提高人员素质。
Objective To understand the drinking water quality testing and waterborne disease monitoring ability of CDC in Meishan City, find out and dispose CDC’s lack of capacity in drinking water testing and monitoring in time, and provide the basis for scientific decision-making of higher administrative departments. Methods According to “the province’s baseline survey of drinking water quality program” requirements for investigation. Results The city’s seven CDC have passed the measurement certification. Water quality inspectors to the primary level up (56.09%). The actual test items for the 26 to 69. Laboratory equipment, equipment mainly made in China (71.55%). The city’s CDC waterborne disease monitoring capacity to beginners up (58.82%). A total of 37 waterborne disease monitoring and diagnostics instruments were purchased, accounting for 68.45% of the total purchased in 2000-2009. Seven out of the nine surveyed technologies under investigation failed to carry out. Conclusions Laboratory equipment should be increased, staffing increased, personnel structure improved, and staff quality improved.
