对当前宏观经济运行情况的总体判断从1990年第二季度起,我国经济逐步走出长达8个月之久的徘徊状态,第四季度经济运行已明显加快,到1991年第一季度,国民经济已全面回升。对当前这一形势的分析众说纷纭,一些人认为我国经济已渡过困难时期,开始了全面的复苏;另一些人则认为,经济运行出现过热趋势,再度膨胀不可避免。我们认为,盲目乐观或过于悲观都是不切实际的,对形势必须作出正确的判断,这是制定有效政策的前提。走出低谷不等于走向繁荣。各国的经济
Overall Judgment on the Current Macroeconomic Situation Since the second quarter of 1990, China’s economy has been gradually hovering for as long as 8 months. The economic operation in the fourth quarter has obviously accelerated. By the first quarter of 1991, the national economy Has fully recovered. There are many different opinions on the analysis of the current situation. Some people think that our economy has passed a difficult period and started a full recovery. Others think that it is inevitable that the economic operation will overheat once again.
