根据中国数学会89年6月13日关于对来稿收取手续费的规定,结合我刊的具体情况,特作如下规定:对“学术论文”、“综合报告”、“应用研究”与“应用简报”栏目的稿件,每篇收手续费20元,其余《教学研究》、《书评》与《学术活动报道》等栏目的稿件,均不收手续费。上述规定自1990年1月1日起实行(以来稿的邮戳日期为准)。手续费单独邮寄给编辑部黄月珍收(不可以夹在稿件中邮寄),收到后即将
