目的对过度通气综合征治疗中分析动脉血气的临床价值进行探讨。方法依据是否分析动脉血气,分56例过度通气综合征患者为两组,对照两组治疗效果。结果分析组症状评分明显较常规组低,缓解时间明显较常规组短,且分析组治疗后血液pH值、PCO_2、PaO_2、血钾、血钙都明显比常规组优越(P<0.05)。结论对过度通气综合征患者实施动脉血气分析可早期明确患者病情,给予及时性干预,使患者症状在短时间内得到有效改善。
Objective To investigate the clinical value of analyzing arterial blood gas in the treatment of hyperventilation syndrome. Method based on whether the analysis of arterial blood gas, divided into 56 patients with hyperventilation syndrome in two groups, the control two groups of treatment. Results The symptom score of the analysis group was significantly lower than that of the conventional group and the time of remission was significantly shorter than that of the conventional group. The blood pH, PCO 2, PaO 2, serum potassium and serum calcium in the analysis group were significantly higher than those in the conventional group (P <0.05). Conclusion In patients with hyperventilation syndrome, arterial blood gas analysis can identify the patient’s condition early and give timely intervention so that the patient’s symptoms can be effectively improved within a short period of time.
