目的了解仙桃市居民食用碘盐情况,及时发现问题,为碘缺乏病(IDD)防治提供科学的依据。方法根据《全国碘盐监测方案》(修订)和《湖北省碘盐监测方案实施细则》要求,对居民户食用盐碘进行随机抽样,按照《制盐工业通用试验方法》(GB/T 13025.7-1999)中的直接滴定法对碘离子进行测定。结果 2008—2012年共检测居民户食用碘盐1 438份,非碘盐样品2份,其中合格碘盐1 421份,不合格碘盐17份,碘盐覆盖率(1 438/1 440),碘盐合格率(1 421/1 438)和合格碘盐食用率(1 421/1 440)分别为99.9%,98.8%,98.7%。结论 2008—2012年该市碘覆盖率、碘盐合格率、合格碘盐食用率均达到国家消除IDD标准(碘盐合格率大于90%)和省级标准(合格碘盐食用率大于95%),但每年仍用少数居民食用不合格碘盐。
Objective To understand the consumption of iodized salt by inhabitants in Xiantao City and find out the problems in time so as to provide a scientific basis for the prevention and treatment of iodine deficiency disorders (IDD). Methods According to the requirements of “National Iodized Salt Surveillance Program” (revised) and “Implementation Rules of Iodized Salt Surveillance Program in Hubei Province”, random sampling of household salt iodine was conducted. According to “General Test Methods for Salt Industry” (GB / T 13025.7- 1999) in the direct titration of iodide ions were determined. Results A total of 1 438 iodized salt and 2 non-iodized salt samples were obtained from 2008 to 2012. Among them, 1 421 were qualified iodized salt, 17 were substandard iodized salt and 1 438/1 440 were covered by iodized salt. The pass rate of iodized salt (1 421/1 438) and the qualified iodized salt (1 421/1 440) were 99.9%, 98.8% and 98.7% respectively. Conclusion The coverage rate of iodine, the qualified rate of iodized salt and the rate of qualified iodized salt in the city between 2008 and 2012 all reached the national standard of eliminating IDD (the qualified rate of iodized salt was more than 90%) and the provincial standard (the rate of qualified iodized salt was more than 95%) , But still use a small number of residents each year, substandard consumption of iodized salt.
