勒——雪氏病(Letters——Siwe氏病)为一罕见的,病情较急而予后最差的组织细胞病X(或称网状内皮细胞增多症)好发于2～3岁以内的婴幼儿,尤以1岁以内多见.由于本病罕见,且在文献中多以不分类的组织细胞病X统称之,故尚无可靠的发病率数据.Cheyne所统计的各组年龄中、组织细胞病X的平均每年发病率为1/2,000,000;在12岁以内的患者为1/350,000.本文报告我院所见三例勒—雪氏病.皆经X线摄片、皮
