接修一台长城54cm(21英寸)彩电,故障现象为垂直一条亮线,并伴有“吱吱”的叫声。检查发现行偏转线圈插座脱焊,补焊后试机光栅正常,但“吱吱”声依旧。听其方位在行输出变压器(以下简称FBT)一侧,试接收电视节目,在无信号区域搜索进行正常,当搜到电视节目的瞬间,光栅突然消失。立即关机,在路检查开关电源和主要负载电路均没有发现问题。再开机光栅又正常出现,且“吱吱”声仍在。在几次试机中发现,当搜索接近电视节目时,“吱吱”声会由小变大,估计负载有加重的趋向。初步判断“吱吱”声之根源也就是导致搜索停机的罪魁祸首。
