步入21世纪的人们,由于生活节奏的加快,已经没有太多的精力去掌握所涉足领域之外的知识。现今,人们常常通过咨询他人、电脑搜索等手段来提升自己或者解决问题。图书馆,作为人类知识的宝库,也是人们获取知识、提高自己的一大重要场所。而高效智慧型服务的图书馆不仅能满足人类的精神需求,也能推动人类文明的持续发展。本文从图书馆智慧型服务的概念着手,进而分析了图书馆智慧型服务的特征,最后就构建图书馆智慧型服务模式注意点展开了研究。
People entering the 21st century, due to the accelerated pace of their lives, have not had much energy to grasp the knowledge beyond the field they are involved in. Nowadays, people often upgrade themselves or solve problems by consulting others, searching by computer, and so on. Library, as a treasure house of human knowledge, is also an important place for people to acquire knowledge and improve themselves. The efficient and intelligent service library can not only meet the spiritual needs of mankind, but also promote the sustainable development of human civilization. This article starts from the concept of library intelligent service, and then analyzes the characteristics of library intelligent service. Finally, it studies the point of constructing intelligent service mode of library.
