社区矫正在我国已试行近七年,在一些基本问题的认识上还有许多分歧。文章作者在社区矫正实践中,分析总结了自己对这些问题的看法和认识,在我国全面试行社区矫正的的大背景下,统一这些基本认识问题有着极其重要的作用。
Community correction has been piloted for nearly seven years in our country. There are still many differences in the understanding of some basic problems. In the practice of community correction, the author analyzes and summarizes his own views and understanding on these issues. Under the background of our country’s comprehensive trial of community correction, it is extremely important to unify these basic understanding issues.
