W2Mo9Cr4VCo8高速钢涡轮盘榫槽拉刀(以下简称拉刀)是拉削航空发动机涡轮榫槽的刀具,我厂热处理近40年一直采用盐浴炉加热淬火,质量稳定,热处理淬火后磁力探伤检查合格率达98%(不合格的拉刀经分析是原材料问题)。图1为涡轮盘榫槽拉刀示意图,图中L为拉刀长度;B为拉刀宽度;H为拉刀高度。
