近年来,随着小城镇建设热的兴起和基础设施建设力度的加大,全国各地小城镇建设取得了丰硕的成果,有力地促进了农村经济和社会的全面发展。但也不可否认,在部分地区的小城镇建设中还存在着这样或那样的问题,其中,“空心街”现象必须引起足够的重视。 所谓“空心街”,就是一些地方在小城镇的规划建设中,脱离本地实际,规划贪大,建设求快,有的小城镇,镇域人口不过二、三万人,而近期镇区规划人口动辄十万八万,导致建设时到处摆摊子,拉架子,基础设施不配套,城镇功能不完备,综合管理跟不上,新建街道“门庭
In recent years, with the rise of the construction of small towns and the increase in infrastructure construction, the construction of small towns throughout the country has yielded fruitful results that have effectively promoted the overall development of the rural economy and society. However, it cannot be denied that there are still some or all kinds of problems in the construction of small towns in some regions. Among them, the phenomenon of “hollow streets” must be given sufficient attention.
