本文分析了海安县1990～1991年21 458例孕妇中发生的3 838例高危孕妇的高危因素及其分类。结果显示,高危孕妇的发生率占孕妇总数的17.89%,管理率为98.6%。孕早期高危因素以异常产史为主,占孕早期高危因素的72.34%;孕中期高危因素以异常产史和本次妊娠异常为主,占76.71%;孕晚期高危因素以本次妊娠异常为主,占81.06%。提示高危孕妇管理只要根据孕期的不同,结合前10位主要高危因素,采取强化分级管理的办法,就能达到降低孕产妇和围产儿死亡率的目的。
This article analyzes the risk factors and their classification of 3838 high-risk pregnant women in 21 458 pregnant women from 1990 to 1991 in Haian County. The results showed that the incidence of high-risk pregnant women accounted for 17.89% of the total number of pregnant women, the management rate was 98.6%. The risk factors for early pregnancy were mainly abnormal birth, which accounted for 72.34% of the high risk factors in early pregnancy. The high risk factors in the second trimester were abnormal birth history and abnormal pregnancy, accounting for 76.71%. The third trimester risk factors for this pregnancy were abnormal pregnancy Lord, accounting for 81.06%. Prompt management of high-risk pregnant women According to the different pregnancy, combined with the top 10 risk factors, to strengthen the management approach to grading, we can achieve the purpose of reducing maternal and perinatal mortality.
