我们在山东省曲阜农业科技示范园内利用日光温室(无立柱冬暖式大棚)栽培荷兰五色彩椒获得成功。平均棚产彩椒2200千克,收入2.2万元,经济效益是种植一般蔬菜的3倍。现将栽培方法介绍如下。品种选择主要选用荷兰产的紫贵人、黄欧宝、白公主、红苏珊等品种。果有紫、黄、白、红等颜色。单果重150～180克,肉厚、色艳、耐贮运,商品性极佳。
We succeeded in cultivating the Dutch Five Color Peppers in a solar greenhouse (without pillar winter warm greenhouses) in the Qufu Agricultural Science and Technology Demonstration Park in Shandong Province. The average shed yields 2200 kg of color peppers, and the income is 22,000 yuan. The economic benefit is 3 times that of ordinary vegetables. The cultivation methods are described below. Variety selection is mainly selected from the Netherlands Violet, Opel, White Princess, Red Susan and other varieties. There are purple, yellow, white, red and other colors. With a weight of 150-180 grams, it is thick, colorful, resistant to storage and transportation, and has excellent commercial properties.
