本文通过20例COPD患者经HDP治疗前后的FVC(用力肺活量)、FEV_1(第一秒时间肺活量)、PaO_2(动脉血氧分压)及PaCO_2(二氧化碳分压)观察以探讨HDP对COPD病人通气和血气的影响。
High-frequency ventilation diaphragm pacemaker (HDP) is a relatively new type of open respirator in recent years, with good oxygenation, increased ventilation and other characteristics, can make up for simple high-frequency ventilation CO 2 retention, while avoiding the COPD patients with diaphragm First-aid function in pacemaker treatment is not enough. In this paper, FVC (forced vital capacity), FEV_1 (first-second vital capacity), PaO_2 (arterial partial pressure of oxygen) and PaCO_2 (partial pressure of carbon dioxide) before and after HDP treatment were studied in 20 patients with COPD to investigate the effect of HDP on COPD patients’ Blood gas effects.
