该文研究了新显色剂2-[2-(6-甲基苯并塞唑)偶氮]-5-二乙氨基苯甲酸(6-Me-BTAEB)的酸碱平衡及其与镍(Ⅱ)的显色反应。实验结果表明,在十二烷基硫酸钠(SDS)存在下,6-Me-BTAEB与镍(Ⅱ)在pH4.5~8.3缓冲溶液中形成稳定的蓝紫色络合物,其组成为Ni(Ⅱ)∶6-Me-BTAEB=1∶2,最大吸收波长为650nm,表现摩尔吸光系数为1.67×105L·mol-1·cm-1镍(Ⅱ)浓度在0~10μm/25ml范围内服从比尔定律。方法可直接用于铝合金中微量镍的测定,结果满意。
In this paper, the acid-base equilibrium of 2- (2- (6-methylbenzothiazyl) azo] -5-diethylaminobenzoic acid (6-Me-BTAEB) Ⅱ) color reaction. The experimental results show that, in the presence of sodium dodecyl sulfate (SDS), 6-Me-BTAEB and nickel (Ⅱ) form a stable blue-violet complex in pH4.5 ~ 8.3 buffer solution, Ni (Ⅱ): 6-Me-BTAEB = 1: 2, the maximum absorption wavelength is 650nm, the molar absorption coefficient is 1.67 × 105L · mol-1 · cm- Be obey Bill’s law within the scope. The method can be directly applied to the determination of trace nickel in aluminum alloy with satisfactory results.
