汽车产业发展给职业技术教育提出了新的要求,职业技术教育的就业和发展功能的内涵得到了进一步的拓展。我校在多位专家的指导下,以现代职业教育理论为先导,在深入分析汽车市场各就业岗位工作任务的基础上,构建了以职业活动为导向、以能力为本位的一体化课程体系。在教学过程中采用理论与实践相结合的方法,经过一段时间的实践,收到了较好的教学效果,同时也发现了一些不足之处,在此,谈一谈自己的体会。
The development of automotive industry has brought new requirements for vocational and technical education. The connotation of the employment and development functions of vocational and technical education has been further expanded. Under the guidance of many experts and under the guidance of modern vocational education theory, our school constructs an integrated curriculum system oriented by professional activities and ability-based on the basis of in-depth analysis of the tasks of various employment positions in the automotive market. In the process of teaching, the method of combining theory and practice is adopted. After a period of practice, it has received good teaching results and also found some shortcomings. Here, I will talk about my own experience.
