新形势下供电企业发展过程中面临着较多的机遇与挑战,对企业自身的工作水平提出了更高的要求。在此形势影响下,为了保持供电企业良好的生产效益,维护好企业的社会形象,应加强其纪检监察工作能力建设,并运用科学的策略不断提升供电企业这方面的工作能力。基于此,本文就供电企业纪检监察工作能力建设的提升策略展开论述。
In the new situation, the power supply enterprises are faced with many opportunities and challenges in their development and put higher demands on their own work standards. Under the influence of this situation, in order to maintain the good production efficiency of power supply enterprises and safeguard the social image of enterprises, it is necessary to strengthen the capacity building of discipline inspection and supervision work and to use scientific strategies to constantly upgrade the working ability of power supply enterprises in this respect. Based on this, this article discusses the improvement strategy of capacity building of discipline inspection and supervision in power supply enterprises.
