导轨是光学仪器的重要构件,它的加工精度直接影响整机的技术性能。特别是小型 V 形导轨,热处理周期长,变形大、易造成返工并有一定的报废率。因此,设计指标受到了加工精度的制约。近几年来,高功率激光用于金属处理已引起足够的重视,但中等功率激光器件同样可以用作良好的热源。我们利用250瓦CO_2激光对 GCrl6及 T_(10)等材料的六种不同规格的 V 形导轨进行局部硬化处理,同样达到预定的技术指标,获得良好的经济及实用效果。
Rail is an important component of optical instruments, and its processing accuracy directly affects the technical performance of the whole machine. Especially small V-shaped rails, heat treatment cycle length, deformation, easy to cause rework and have a certain scrap rate. Therefore, the design specifications are subject to processing accuracy. In recent years, the use of high-power lasers for metal processing has drawn enough attention, but medium-power laser devices can also be used as good heat sources. We use 250 watt CO 2 laser on GCrl6 and T_ (10) and other materials of six different specifications of the V-shaped guide rail for local hardening, the same technology to achieve the predetermined target, access to good economic and practical results.
