中国文学批评的起源是一个发生、生成的过程 ,呈现出复杂、矛盾、多元的状况。探溯文学批评的起源 ,应从批评作为一种言说存在方式的起源、一种文体形式存在的起源和一种话语存在的起源三方面研究 ,着重在批评起源的实践材料和理论材料以及批评范畴的辨析中研究批评起源的原因、作用和意义 ,这对于认清中国批评的特点、批评发展和现代批评建设具有重要的意义
