我们曾将非离子表面活性剂(乳化剂-OP等)引入碱性染料-磷(砷)杂多酸离子缔合物体系,成功地在水相中测定痕量磷和砷。文献曾用结晶紫-锗钼杂多酸萃取光度法测定锗。本文研究锗钼杂多酸的生成条件,并在乳化剂-OP存在下,考察结晶紫-锗钼杂多酸(以下简称Cv-GcMo)的光度性质,拟定了具体操作步骤,并用于人工合成试样中微量锗的测定。结果表明:本法可直接在水相中测定,较简便,灵敏度、重现性和选择性都令人满意。
We have introduced non-ionic surfactants (emulsifiers-OP, etc.) into the basic dye-phosphorus (arsenate) heteropolyacid ion association system and have succeeded in the determination of trace amounts of phosphorus and arsenic in the aqueous phase.
