目的探讨整体护理干预对改善老年痴呆患者认知功能的临床效果.方法选取我院神经内科2018年1月至2019年1月收治的老年痴呆患者80例,数字随机法分成两组,各40例,其中对照组采取常规护理,观察组采取整体护理干预,比较两组认知功能改善情况.结果两组干预前MMSE与ADL评分比较无显著性差异(P>0.05,t=0.075/0.074),干预后观察组MMSE评分为(16.2±2.1)分,ADL评分为(69.5±4.0)分,明显高于同组干预前与对照组,比较有显著性差异(P<0.05
