目的探讨微信评价在护理实习生带教中的应用效果.方法回顾2017年度在我院实习的136名护生作为研究对象,其中68名采用传统纸质版评价的护生为对照组,即将评价内容制作成纸质版表格,由实习生填写;68名实施微信评价的护生作为实验组,即由护理部将评价表添加到微信公众号上,实习生在微信公众号即可填写评价内容,内容包括老师专业知识、老师临床工作能力、老师表达沟通能力、老师创新能力、老师敬业精神、老师职业道德、老师心理素质、老师带教态度、老师教学方法、老师操作指导能力、提出意见和建议等内容进行评价,且老师可根据学生的
