本文介绍了光纤光栅应变和温度传感的原理,完成了光纤光栅用于应变和温度传感的初步实验。分析表明波长为827nm的光纤光栅应变灵敏度为0.65pm/με,温度灵敏度为5.2pm/C。实际测量表明应变灵敏度为0.66pm/με,温度灵敏度为5.62pm/C。计算值与实验结果吻合。
This paper introduces the principle of fiber grating strain and temperature sensing, and finishes the preliminary experiment of fiber grating for strain and temperature sensing. Analysis shows that the optical fiber grating with a wavelength of 827nm has a strain sensitivity of 0.65pm / με and a temperature sensitivity of 5.2pm / C. The actual measurement shows that the strain sensitivity is 0.66pm / με and the temperature sensitivity is 5.62pm / C. The calculated values agree well with the experimental results.
