近年来,国际邮市上涌来了一股假票的狂涛,使万国邮联引起高度重视。假票损害邮政利益,也骗取集邮者的钱财。现在的假票已不象以前假冒国名,而是堂而皇之地以一些主权国家的名义“发行”。根据国内外一些邮刊的资料以及市场所见,将万国邮联认定的部分假票汇编如下,供广大集邮爱好者参考。
In recent years, the upsurge of fake tickets in the international postal market has drawn great attention from the UPU. Fake tickets harm postal interests, but also cheat money collectors. Now the fake votes are not as fake national names, but openly “issued” in the name of some sovereign states. According to the information of some domestic and international postal publications and the market, some of the fake tickets recognized by the UPU are compiled as follows for reference of the majority of stamp collectors.
