基于2000—2012年鄱阳湖生态经济区畜禽业的面板数据,借助脱钩评价模型,实证分析鄱阳湖生态经济区畜禽养殖污染与产业发展之间的关系,进而采用LMDI模型对畜禽养殖污染脱钩的影响因素进行分解。研究结果表明:畜禽养殖污染是该区农业面源污染的主要来源,畜禽环保技术因素和劳动力因素是畜禽养殖污染下降的主要贡献因素,产业结构因素和经济发展因素则促使畜禽养殖污染的增加。积极推动畜禽养殖污染治理,针对不同地区实行畜禽养殖分类管控政策,强化畜禽清洁生产技术和粪便循环利用技术的研发与应用以及提高畜牧业从业人员的清洁生产意识和专业素质是促进畜禽养殖业和环境协调发展的重要举措。
Based on the panel data of livestock and poultry industry in Poyang Lake Ecological Economic Zone from 2000 to 2012, with the help of the decoupling evaluation model, the relationship between livestock breeding pollution and industrial development in Poyang Lake Eco-economic Zone was empirically analyzed.
