用氢氟酸(HF)蚀刻瓷贴面是增强瓷与粘接树脂结合强度的主要方法之一。本研究采用扫描电镜揭示三十个氢氟酸浓度和处理时间点下陶瓷蚀刻表面和断面的形貌特征,阐明蚀刻形貌与酸浓度、时间之间的相互关系,并首次提出烤瓷蚀刻形貌的四级分类,结果表明适宜的浓度、时间搭配点多位于二级蚀刻形貌内。
Etching porcelain veneers with hydrofluoric acid (HF) is one of the main methods to enhance the bonding strength between porcelain and the bonding resin. In this study, the morphologies of the surface and section of the ceramic etching under the concentration of 30 hydrofluoric acid and the treatment time were revealed by scanning electron microscopy. The relationship between the etching morphology and acid concentration and time was clarified. The appearance of the four-level classification, the results show that the appropriate concentration, time with more points in the secondary etching morphology.
