目的 为了研究含氟充填材料能否长期稳定释放氟而发挥抗龋效能,本文观察了玻璃离子水门汀和含氟复合树脂在用含氟牙膏处理前后两个时期的释氟情况。方法 第一阶段,将玻璃离子水门汀和含氟复合树脂各6 个标本,分别浸泡于去离子水中,测定其在不同时间氟的释放量;第二阶段,用含氟牙膏处理各标本后,再测定其在不同时间氟的释放量。结果 当这两种含氟充填材料释氟水平降低后,用含氟牙膏处理,其释放量明显回升,并保持平稳释放状态。结论 含氟充填材料具有吸收和再释放氟的特性。这种稳定释放的氟源的存在更具抗龋意义。
Objective In order to study whether the fluorine-containing filling material can exert its anticorrosive efficacy for long-term stable release of fluorine, the fluoride release of glass ionomer cement and fluorine-containing composite resin before and after treatment with fluoride toothpaste was observed in this paper. In the first phase of the method, 6 samples of glass ionomer cement and fluorine-containing composite resin were separately immersed in deionized water to measure the release of fluoride at different time. Conclusion Fluorine-filled materials have the property of absorbing and re-releasing fluorine. The presence of this stable source of fluoride is more carious.
