FZG承载级别是考评油品及齿轮抗胶合承载能力的国际公认指标.评定方法有目察法和称重法两种。目察法依赖个人经验,测试精度差,易有争议。称重法有客观和合理的定量标准可循,试验精度高,故DIN规定仅用称重法;但该法操作繁复,费力费时,且大称量,高感量(2kg±1mg)分析天平国内无法觅得,一般难以具备此项测试手段。本文作者为此提出了一种应用原子光谱技术评定润滑油或齿轮传动FZG承载级别的新方法,试图为润滑油及齿轮的胶合承载能力的试验研究开辟一条新的途径。作者的试验结果表明,本方法可以替代称重法而保持称重法所具有定量判别指标和试验精度较高的优点,并能达到节约试验时间、劳动量和成本的目的。本文所建立的原子吸收光谱法评定FZG承载级别的理论基础、试验的具体步骤和操作方法,可试供工业实践推广应用。本课题是四部协调委员会齿轮油专业组科研计划项目。本文为该项研究任务的阶段成果。
FZG bearing level is to evaluate oil and gear anti-gluing bearing capacity of the internationally recognized indicator assessment methods are two methods of observation and weighing. Eyewitness relies on personal experience, testing accuracy is poor, easily controversial. Weighing method has objective and reasonable quantitative standards to follow, high precision test, so the provisions of DIN only using weighing method; but the method of complicated operation, time-consuming and heavy, high-sensitivity (2kg ± 1mg) analytical balance Domestic can not find, generally difficult to have this test method. Therefore, the author of this paper presents a new method for assessing the bearing capacity of FZG with oil or gear drive by using atomic spectroscopy, trying to open up a new way for the experimental research on the adhesive bearing capacity of lubricating oil and gear. The author’s test results show that the method can replace the weighing method to maintain the advantages of the quantitative determination index and the test accuracy of the weighing method and save the test time, labor cost and cost. The atomic absorption spectrometry established in this paper to assess the theoretical basis of FZG bearing level, the specific steps and methods of operation can be tried for the promotion of the application of industrial practice. This topic is the four coordination committee gear oil professional group scientific research project. This article is the stage of the research task.
