皮肤黑素瘤为高度恶性肿瘤,易转移,死亡率高,皮损及瘤细胞形态多样,其确诊及鉴别诊断单纯依赖临床表现和常规组织病理较困难,免疫组织化学方法已成为其必不可少的诊断手段。本文综述了近年来免疫组化标记物应用于黑素瘤诊断的研究进展。
