自1977年对成人T细胞白血病(ATL)开始认识以来,已引起了人们的极大注意。在一些实验室报道的ATL染色体研究中,尚无一致结果。因此,作者对18例ATL病人染色体进行研究,评价了ATL染色体核型与临床特征的关系,提出ATL染色体异常与病情严重性有关。
Since the beginning of recognition of adult T cell leukemia (ATL) in 1977, great attention has been drawn. In some laboratory reports of ATL chromosome studies, there is no consistent result. Therefore, the authors studied the chromosomes of 18 ATL patients and evaluated the relationship between the ATL chromosomal karyotype and clinical features. It was suggested that ATL chromosomal abnormalities are related to the severity of the disease.
