The “Several Provisions on Clean Government Practitioners for State-owned Enterprise Leaders” promulgated and implemented by the General Office of the CPC Central Committee and the General Office of the State Council are important rules and regulations for strengthening the anti-corruption campaign and for promoting the party building as a whole. Its promulgation and implementation have important practical significance for regulating the incorruptibility of leaders of enterprises, promoting the full play of the core political role of the party organizations in state-owned enterprises and the close relationship between the party and the masses in the state-owned enterprises.
