疟疾流行休止期复发高峰季节前,用伯氨喹啉八周疗法作为根治报告极少。为提高疗效,减少药物反应,我们在嘉祥县大山头公社三个自然村,对两年有疟史者进行了试验观察,其结果报告如下: 对象和方法一、对象:对嘉祥县大山头公社酒庄等三个自然村,凡前一年和当年根治前有疟史者,均进行详细登记,作为根治服药和对照观察对象。二、药物剂量和方法: 甲组:110例。单纯伯氨喹啉成人每日30毫克(儿童剂量表1),自2月起,每周一次,连服8周,计56天,以后不再服药,观察其复发情况,直至6月底(下同)。
Pre-malaria recurrence peak season before the season, with primaquine eight weeks therapy as a radical report. In order to improve the curative effect and reduce the drug reaction, we conducted the experimental observation on the history of malaria in two years in three natural villages of Dashantou commune in Jiaxiang County. The results are reported as follows: Subjects and Methods I. Object: Zhuang and other three villages, where the previous year and before the cure had history of malaria, were registered in detail as a cure and control subjects. Second, the drug dosage and methods: Group A: 110 cases. Pure primaquine adult 30 mg daily (Children’s Dose Table 1), once a week from February onwards, even for 8 weeks for 56 days, after no longer medication, observe the recurrence until the end of June (next with).
